The project at Boundary Yard in Newbury consists of 119 apartments, made up of 1, 2 and 3 beds across 6 different blocks around a central podium. The blocks range from 3 - 8 stories across the development with an underground car park area and concierge entrance.
Our clients scope of works consisted of taking an already completed RC Frame to complete the Façade and internal fit out packages as the main contractor. The works required administrating JCT contracts, including payment notice, Contractor's Directions and Final Accounts
